Task Manager - Manages Tasks Effectively

Task Manager is a general purpose tracking tool used for tracking Project Tasks related tasks to closure. It can also be used by individuals to set reminders for their personal tasks or to set reminders for major milestones for their projects. The tool is integrated with Cloud System'smail server and can send reminder mails as well as daily reports to stakeholders. Also it can be used to generate various financial reports including cost estimates for ongoing and closed Project Tasks.

Task Manager Tool is a general purpose tracking tool which runs as a web application in a centralised server. The tool is built on J2EE architecture using JSP as font-end and My-SQL Database as back-end. Glass Fish App Sever powers the front-end GUI part, while XAMPP server is used for the back-end database actions.

This fully-automated tool reduces manual effort and time by 70-90%. Once a user creates a task or when a manager delegates an task to the team-member, the automated mailer facility embedded within the tool will send a notification mail to the owner (assigner), assignee, reviewer and the stake-holders mentioned while creating the task. Also the mailer utility will remind the concerned assignee about the task two days prior to submission/delivery date. The tool can also send daily reports to the stakeholders of the tasks.

The tool ensures 99% of accuracy and effectiveness in the day to day tasks of its users.
